Compensation is decent. The work pressure is high. Many times i worked late night and weekend but didn't get appreciation from the management. Some managers are not employee friendly.

Salary on time and work life balance. Good management who allow us to explore new things and also managers are supportive. Good environment to work.

The office premises is not so good. Management doesn't address our working issue. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 15 month before which you cannot resign.
