So far I had a very good experience at C-Quel. Pay packages are good, there are ample growth opportunity, team bonding is great. From the beginning of pandemic situation management is looking after employees. They distributed masks and sanitizer, made it mandatory to use them during office hours even before the lockdown. During lockdown,. they introduced Work From Home facilities for all employees which is ongoing till this day. Behind the scenes they also upped the medical insurance of all employees. Earlier this month they conducted a free covid vaccination camp and administered the first dose of Covishield for C-Quel team members and their family member whose age is over 18.

My experiences are good here. Salary on time, good benefits, sound medical coverage, seniors are cooperating. There were some bad apples. but they have been weeded out. Senior management do not compromise on ethics.
