Initially it had good timings and work life balance was good but recent changes in policy had worsened it.

Dislikes

New policies and management is terrible. Appraisal policies are not there and don’t expect appraisals to be satisfactory. No scope for promotions

Frankly speaking in my 9 months of internship i didn't find anything offensive.i joined them on construction site then got shifted in office If stipend matters you the most rather than experience then that's not a place for you.
