I am working with this organisation since last 12 years and The company is very helpful for me and many times when i require financial help they helped me and the working atmosphere is very familier.

But in this company the planing and management policy is very poor. Every time late salary transfered by the company i.e. around after two months aprox. Salary increment happen after 3-4 years . There is no timing to come and went to back home, no overtime for extra working hours, The late hours working effected my personal life which result i did not give time to my family.

...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. . On the job training is not given to new joinees.
