Nothing at all. Worst experience of job ever

Dislikes

Work culture, office politics, office environment just sucks. Plus they treat new joinees differently and give them unfair treatment if you are newly married. They have unsaid hierarchy and HRs only work for company benefits and ruin it for employees and teams. No job security at all if you speak up or not follow the age old system they have. You are not even allowed to speak with people of other teams because apparently we “waste their time”. I don’t think it is worth it to join this company for anybody.

Actually there are multiple factors can be considered to working with C-Metric like opportunity to work with cutting new edge technology, transparency, healthy work environment, work-life balance, competitive packages for all range, and timely promotions and so more. I personally recommend based on my experience that not to think twice to grab the opportunity to work with this MNC.
