The working environment is cool flexible timing, the colleagues and supervisors are friendly and like a family

Sometimes instead of team building if a fault occurs it is trying to point out and blame a single person who were responsible for the fault. Not taking initiative to mitigate the fault as a team. (Rarely happens not every time)

It felt like working with a family; everyone was supportive of new ideas and skills. The colleagues were friendly and created an excellent environment for learning. It’s truly the best place to work.

Freedom with responsibility. The CEO and CTO of the CElectric who are also the co-founders, ensures that the company works on this principle. It was a pleasure to join such a team that gives you all the liberty to work keeping your personal life intact.

I don't dislike it, but the Hierarchy needs to be defined, it will happen soon as the organization grows
