Anyone looking for retirement plan, even you can find a place here. Job security is exceptional here. A little out of place with work life balance as it’s a production environment job and need to be available 24/7. Yet the coworkers guide and support you in every way possible. Work culture is the strength of the company.

Employee compensation are very bad including annual increment.

Nothing is fine, they need to increase employees incentive. Hr !!! They don't know how to talk. No manners. They literally scream. Don't wait here for more than a year. Growth here is extremely poor.

Probation period is 1 year but job is totally secured. Work culture is pretty good. Management is weak point of the company. No real hike so real struggle for fresher but this company is gem to for fresher to accelerate their skills.

Company base service continuity model so less of chances to expand carriers. Company usefull only for fresher. After 10 year you will work on same Designation. No training program No carriers growths No certificate program conducted by Company.

Package, no carrier growth, Don't care about employees.
