Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

There is lot of good learning in internal audit,taxation,finance and accounts.The pay is also ok but not that good.In internal audit there is one disadvantage that you have to remain outside for month and month u cannot say I want to go home to meet my family in period of one month.atleast u have to spend three months or more then u can ask for leave that also depend what the partner has wish.otherwise it is good for learning and overall development.forbachor person it ok but then also one cannot remain detached from their long time now it depends on individual to individual.

Long period of outstation.
