they dont provide pf so basically they can do whatever they feel like , won't pay salaries for months and expect from employees to keep working , besides that they don't even clear reimbursements , additionally unfair practices with leaves . no additional pay for overtime.

- Irregular Payment: They pay only 10,000 in hand cash and that too not in time for normal working days in a month. after every 1.5 months stating the government has not sanctioned their bills. - Long working hours: I have stayed in the office for more than 13 - 15hours completing the assigning tasks and deadlines. - Toxic work culture: Disrespectful behavior and work-life balance. - The owner of the company denied experience letter and suggested that I work in my probation period for 3 months without the payment due of the past remaining months.

...ooking for job , don't go , no need to work for free and gain a skill like this. In my opinion , Its a 6 month scheme , they need you for just 6 month , so they hire , give 2 month salary and then stop giving salary so that employee get frustrated and leave and by then they will not give you pending salary and letter. choose wisely. As I worked there for 6 months , my experience is this , I got only 2 month salary and pending was not get credited. You can work if you want to time pass. because everyone there only do that. Management is worst. In my personal point of view there is only one rule which is "Our problem is your problem but your problem is not even a problem".

...ance is not good. Project never completed on time. Bad treatment with employers. Never get salary on time and increament is also not good. Big issue with leaves. As employers are not satisfied they left company too soon, so very few are well experienced in the company. Bad management in terms of money and project planning.

As compnay works for indian Railway and Metro Simulator Projects. Employee's belong to thus project learned new concepts & skills.

Dislikes

In this company mainly problem is Salary. The Salary wasn't on time. Most of the employees was leave this company just because of Salary issue. Day by day this Salary issue looks worse.
