No I have resigned in the month of March19 before covide. but till dated they have kept hold my 48 days salary and my travel expenses which i have spend out from my own money. Very worst treatment for the all the employees in C&S electric.

Working culture is ok but some politics is there among employ. Job security is the employ own hand as hardwork. I love the fact that I am a part of team that market reliable and high quality product.

The person who wants to learn that too being from mechanical background,this place is great.

Dislikes

If talking about the compensation then survival is also tough if you are single earning member of the family. Internal politics is way too high,new people do not stay in this company for more than max 5 years or else are made to leave if joined at senior position(upper management) The fixed,upper management is way too rigid even after the takeover of Siemens so no new cultural changes have taken place after the takeover. And at the end of the day is all about compensation This is the worst thing anyone could ever imagine.
