I would have rated zero if I had the option. The founder of the company doesn't even bother or know what's happening in the office because he has handed over all his responsibilities to his son, who is nothing more than a glorified office boy. He has completely forgotten that he is the director of the company and spends his time at office hanging out with 4-5 employees who were his college friends or their acquaintances. This gang doesn't work even during the busy season but still gets appreciated at all the main events by the founder. The founder only shows up to these events and praises this gang for their zero contribution, influenced by his son's exaggerated recommendations. The HR of this company, who is also part of this gang, steals money through reimbursements. There was even a case during a sport event where the prize money meant for the winning team was never distributed, the HR kept it for himself. Director is aware of this but turns a blind eye, likely because the HR is his close friend, and they probably would have split the money between themselves. This company will sink soon if these people are not removed from the office. Working here for even a year will turn you into a politician because the workplace is full of cliques and teams with constant conflicts and differences of opinion. All the blame lies with ten founder, who let this chaos unfold by choosing his son to run the company.
