Director have leadership quality and always emphasis on the improvements. Salary Structure is very clear and easy to understand There are lot of improvement points in plant

Dislikes

Work culture Appreciation is zero Safety need to improve No proper planning and allocation of duties among the employees Some of senior levels official don't have basic ethics Many consultant and advisors are just make their point without knowing its feasibility.

Likes

...nvironment though bit of politics. Supportive staff and workmen. Low increments. Almost timely salary. Upto 7th. Job security is good. You will be recognised if u work hard. General shift. So no late workings. Transportation facility. Easy going.

Dislikes

Lesser appraisal rate. Politics. Sometime you need to do something which is not your job or not mentioned in KRA.

Likes

-Less work load. -General shift (mostly) -Opportunities in other relevant mnc companies.(Pidilite,Nerolac,Berger,Siegwerk,Uflex) -Transportation facility (For pinjore, panchkula residents.)

Dislikes

-Incompetent management. -No growth within organization. -Extra duty hours.(upto 14-15 hours sometimes) -No additional perks and benefits. -Less annual increment. -No canteen facility. -Outdated technologies in manufacturing. -Poor infrastructure.
