This company has extremely poor job security and a highly ego-driven management. One particular senior avoids discussing critical topics but is quick to hold employees accountable for mistakes. Additionally, body shaming from this individual makes the work environment even more toxic. Any attempt to stand up for yourself can put you on their bad side, leading to termination. The management is highly biased, and employees are treated as disposable. If you value a fair and respectful workplace, I strongly advise against joining this firm
