Organisation’s no question asked approach towards its Sales team despite knowing that sales is one of the most fraud team in the country. Top leadership is clueless making any decision. Any decision made has a life span of 2-3 weeks. Ever changing dynamics leaving the organisation without any strategy. BTC initially started with 15 BDEs and now there are only 4 while the targets remain the same. Motivation level among the employees at the all time low as leadership’s strategy is like using a whip no matter what.

Salary better than market Salary is credited on time BYJU'S is brand a well known For many processes they have systems HR is spineless but for managers they are good if there is any discipline issue in team.

Extremely toxic culture use of cuss and abusive words is very common No way to achieve steep targets other than to miss sell/ make false promises Inexperienced and unqualified leadership team 25years old are holding GM and VP levels positions with no experience in running big business. HR is spineless but if you're manager good for you to get someone terminated. Herdin Byjus it's like a click of a button to terminate. Hardly any leaves and management makes sure you're working even on your week off.

...any work strategy 5. Frequent changes in roles of employees 6. Mass layoffs 7. They hire graduates and post graduates on X salary , after 6-7 month reduce their salary by upto 30-40 %, young guys have two options left with them, either compromise or leave 8. Many other things If you are working somewhere and living a decent life, plz don't fall into trap and spoil your life by joining Byju's. Life of Byju's Sales team is even worse.

The job isn't a intellectually challenging one. You just got to execute the plans and strategies made centrally, so effectively they need managers and not leaders. The ABH needs to handle all the mis-selling that happens by the sales team. Monday is the week off
