The employees on the technology side of the company are really talented. Good mentoring from peers. Good technology stack. Good problem space.

Dislikes

No additional benefits apart from salary. No reimbursements for wifi even though people are working from home. Multiple layoffs. Very poor severance package for affected employees. Delayed (mostly likely to be missed) appraisal. No clear path for the stability of the organization in the future.

The company was good for work-life balance. Salary used to come on time. Timely gifts and other things were a good thing

Dislikes

South Indians partiality. If you are from companies like google and facebook you can become head of the team whether your knowledge is good or not.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.
