Work culture bad Working hours are not uniform and stretched every day . The working hours of dependent department are not matching which is affecting the business in regional locations. Official Communication is way too bad and delayed. Process is not aligned way too much confusion around everything.

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.

Worst company ever Ganesh AGM & NiSHIT VP are the most biased persons taking free funds of salary. They are the ones who should be laid off first. Then comes the so-called CHAAAAAATU & DUMB employees of the PE department like Thawait,(Big Chaatu),Gaaaaya THE DUMBEST ONE who always licks. BYJUS can recover their losses by laying off these category GMs & VPs GM Salary 50+ LPA & VP you can imagine Intentionally wrote everything in LIKE BOX
