Only thing is the salary comes on time.

...seen that haphazard policy, even demotion of employees after giving promotion... No variable pay given, no incentives... What we are seeing in social media or from parents -all are true story... Insider story is even horrible... No respect for hardworking employees, teachers or parents... Kindly avoid working here.

Likes

(1) Salary -- perfectly on time till today. 24 jun '23. (2) Work culture -- no bullying, no politics, transparent work culture. (3) grievance redressal -- they address our queries in time and provide resolutions in time. Tutors comprise about 60% of total employees.

Dislikes

Though tutors has the power to choose their leaves at their dashboard level,it would be great if there are some fixed holidays for atleast two important festival for a great family gathering at home

Even in the company's financial crisis phase, Byjus didn't fail to pay our salary. We are getting our salary on the first day of every month.

Dislikes

Due to the spreading of negative news in media, customers are not trusting Byjus tuition centres. I'm working as Maths tutor at Byjus Tuition centre Calicut.

The open and approachable culture at byjus ensures an all around learning experience with equal force on teach and humen skill.

Salary is decent but career growth is slow .there is a lot of politics .some manager are good but some are experience and don't know team management team

...there product to be sold out and generate revenue, doesn't matter how it's done. They charge high fees from students and pay a very less amount to teachers. Also the courses are not that great according to the money they're charging.
