I would like to share my worst experience working with Byjus As you company lay off people because to give Variable Pay and Appraisal after completing 1 year. As I have given my best performance while I was working with Byjus from 1.5months Now company is saying that there is no role for the mentoring it is terrible I am going to file a legal case against Byjus this is Wage theft under Labour Law There is no Job security and even Byjus fails to fullfil the promise when they do during hiring procedure

I apprectaite them for giving me my first job right during my graduation. The pay was pretty good and it was unexpected. The company focused on employee development. There were frequent team outings and rewards given for good performance. I felt valuable while working with byjus. Few managers who had good experience outside byjus were very supportive and acknowledged harkwork and efforts.

Tough the pay was very good but the work-life balance was negligible. Even if you had 30 casual leaves available , 15 sick leaves. U had to email manager well in advance for your sick leaves also. How on earth can a person predict when he or she is gonna fell sick? Plus sometimes it was like working for no heart person. There was zero human nature seen in managers who had started career in byjus and were working for the company for quite a lot time. Ultimately it's because of those careless and inhuman Managers that the company is losing everything.

Nothing to like about byju's... As I have worked for almost 2 month and my salary wasn't credited in my account... And they also make employees work for 12 hrs... And the pressure employees are facing is enormous..

Management and seniors behaviour where worst means, if I say that today byju's is surviving any type of conditions any type of typical situation just because of the management and senior behaviours and nothing else.

Hi, I recently got selected as SAP Consultant in EY GDS,I have overall 3.4 years of experience and relevant experience in IT( SAP ) is 3.2 in XYZ Technologies and earlier I worked in (Non-IT)Byjus in Sales for 2 months and came out from Byjus without proper releiving. I applied in EY GDS with 3.2 Years relevant experience and I didn't showmy Non-IT experience in resume and Candidate Information sheet which I filled during Application form. Now I have proper documentation from Current Company ,I don't have proper documents from BYJUS & the same is reflecting in EPF Service history. EY GDS recently Initiated BGV process through Digiverifier and asked me to fill experience details, I filled only current company and I didn't fill Byjus.Anyway Digiverifier will access my EPF service history, Will my BGV pass or fail ? or Will EY asks for any clarification and will allow me?
