...balance. The way seniors treat you. There is a lot of politics behind the leads. I received my salary on time I have to say this. But there incentive slabs are not practical at all. They just want employees to work like machines for them. And also they are looting parents just by making them and their kid feel that they are not competitive enough. This is really bad. They just make us practice a sales pitch that makes the kid feel not worth. They are just thieves to be honest.

It's a really bad company. There is no fixed work timings. Politics behind leads. Looting public by spreading their fake lies. Making a kid feel like he will not be competitive enough if he will not buy byjus program. Treat their employees like machines. Incentives slabs are not practical at all. 5 days working job but they make employees work for atleast 6 days.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

Managers and senior management were very bad they use to abuse and whatever happened to the company it was just because of senior management as the want to earn more and more incentive

I have joined byjus where in my offer later my salary is mentioned to be 17k or now my salary is only 14k. During the training it was said that after 3 months I will get a post csa like this but it did not happen that I got a good salary. Is there any chance of promotion here or not?
