Very bad experience with byjus. They are miscommunication with employees. When I joined byjus they was provided 6 lac +3lac package after I was completing my training they revised my package 5lac + 3lac when I asked why my package was revised. They asked because you are not fullfill your target but I completely met my all target. 15 + demoes and 70k revenue and 2 hours talktime. I had worked 14 hours in a day . after that they asked you are not completed targets.

I am not satisfied with byjus.

The only best part from my point of view is the salary package they offer. Its my view, so do not be judgemental.

Dislikes

They say 9.5 hrs is your working hours but they make you work like 12-14 hrs a day. It's terrible. Now you say how can one maintain healthy lifestyle of hos working hours is 12 hrs,min 2-3 hrs in travelling to office & back forth to home. 15 hrs gone. Now you have 9 hrs in hand, how would one lead a healthy life, it's impossible.

... trust me, scam for people who needs job, scam for customers, scam for everyone. 10lpa salary is the biggest scam, don't even think about it, you will work for 15 hours a day and still your salary will be deducted, that's not my personal grudge for the company, it happened with 90 percent Infact 95 percent of my colleagues.

There is no job security , input parameters are difficult to achieve 2 hours of connected talk time rather i believe they use ojt and training period to meet their ends
