Promotions will not happen according to their talent. It happens only when the employee is having good relationship with the reporting manager. Frankly to say adjustment.

I have worked over there for 4 months, their training is difficult but after completing it, and doing one other of service , I left the job because of huge work pressure and they have given me negative FnF They were not responding and I posted this complain on social media and they contacted but doesn't helped me out Now I need to pay them 6000 wow... This company really deserve a failure. They didn't even given me experience letter I just have separation mail

No job security, You can be laid off at any time during cost cutting, It won't matter how good you are at your work or what ever good you have done for the company if you will in upper bucket (high package) you can we laid off at any cost-cutting process.

The leadership will take decisions without even taking a feedback from the ground team. Later they'll cry that, things are not working for them. The leadership will not even take out their pen and paper to draw out the pros and cons of the call. No connect to the ground team.
