Delayed salary, many of the employees are uneducated who sit on higher level, sometimes it became reason of frustration for talented employees.

Very unprofessional Work culture, no proper HR system, bad politics, salary date very late every month , no proper induction, training, many employees are non qualified, still earning package lakes. While cost cutting they removed employees who are highly qualified and experienced, has very less salary. Seniors never help junior team mates. In this company job security is depend on your relationship with management if you are their relative no one can remove you. Worst experience.

The company really adopts latest technology but no promoted to designation.

...ssure is very high but my seniors do not value an individuals' unique strengths. My salary increase not a last three years or no promotion of my job

...ration department. Employs unity and service good but they no control over them. Unreasonable salary cuttings not responding next month. Every month cuttings.nobody given reply. Dangerous politics and crime people recruited in good position. They don't have ethics. Anyway I don't want to spread bad about company. I treated myself this is my own. Good thing is they control big unity but many good employs suffers.

..., mostly government projects are that's the reason your shift time is not fixed. Company given the salary every month of date 17th. Worst company, Worst management and very unprofessional manner for IT people. I suggest anyone can join this organization before checking everything.
