( Role is totally different from your current aspects. HR to Sales or any thing in operations If you are not flexible you are out at moment

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. You will get enough room to show you existing skills as well as to develop new one.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is very slow. You'll feel it if you work their for more than 2 years. No job security, if you have done mistake you'll be easily get fired.

On the job training is not given to New joiness ..there is no salary increment for those who is handling side .there is no leaves kind of things in bvg ,,except only three national holidays and weekly off .

No Benefits any kind of, not supporting staff, not responding from company to employee on time, there is no rules n regulation for junior staff or mid staff, the manage behavior is too cheap n dirty with lady staff.

..., mostly government projects are that's the reason your shift time is not fixed. Company given the salary every month of date 17th. Worst company, Worst management and very unprofessional manner for IT people. I suggest anyone can join this organization before checking everything.
