..., mostly government projects are that's the reason your shift time is not fixed. Company given the salary every month of date 17th. Worst company, Worst management and very unprofessional manner for IT people. I suggest anyone can join this organization before checking everything.

1.Salary and compensation- Not as par per industry standard. 2.Work life balance- long working and high workload. 3. Career growth - limited opportunities and promotions. 4. Job security - No stability hire and fire system. 5.work culture - Toxic...you have to dance on your seniors tune...as per his choice and decision...you have to rights to express your concerns or take any decision either small or big ....if taken then you are gone

Overnight decisions changed Gender biased Lack of growth opportunities Slow pace environment Any time thay will ask you to change the role, Department, Location. ( Role is totally different from your current aspects. HR to Sales or any thing in operations If you are not flexible you are out at moment

Very unprofessional Work culture, no proper HR system, bad politics, salary date very late every month , no proper induction, training, many employees are non qualified, still earning package lakes. While cost cutting they removed employees who are highly qualified and experienced, has very less salary. Seniors never help junior team mates. In this company job security is depend on your relationship with management if you are their relative no one can remove you. Worst experience.
