The company is quite large and old even then it was tried to innovation and adopt latest technology whatever possible with the available fund. I was happy that I could lead the team from the front successfully. I was to travel many organizations/fertilizer companies and government departments within India. Being a central govt. public sector undertaking I was to work with colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds which was a unique environment of successful collaboration. So far as job security and career growth is concerned the company is good. There is no problem in implementation of innovative suggestions but only after detailed scrutiny by competent team of concerned department.

Compensation is average, growth is very slow due to various reasons, the work load is very high due to shortage of manpower. I was to work 11-12 hours in a day and to attend calls from the factory for different technical problems very frequently in the night hours due to shortage of qualified technical officials and some administrative problems.
