Unnecessary deduction of Salary more than 2 to three times, in the name of Background Verification Charges which they seldom mention at the time of Hiring. And also they don't support you incase you face any PF issue.

One of the best consultant ever i seen. But some negatives in that company first salary date maximum you receive salary at 5th date of the month or else you receive upto 10th date.. No job security .. you can join as temporary employee for your financial needs I’m not suggesting for long term career option.. over all its ok for your start up careers..

Basically it's a off roll job .. it's job only give salary to us nothing else

Salary is good but career growth is slow .they even don't hike without onroll company approvel .. Buzzwork doesn't recognise your work..even when you leave company you have take many follow upa from both companies ..on roll as well as off roll and Buzzwork not supporting to they employees in any manner.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology.I love the face that I am a part of a team that markets reliable,high quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.sometimes , I have to work 14-18 hours straight in the evening and sometimes late into the night.

Additionally, the friendly colleagues and positivity. The company also values cultural diversity, celebrating various festivals with engaging events that promote unity and joy among the team.

What I dislike about working at Buzzworks is the poor management at the Hyderabad office, where employees often feel undervalued. There is a lack of work-life balance, and unprofessional behavior is common, including the use of inappropriate language and disrespectful communication (AREY). Additionally some management display a superiority complex, with loud, disruptive behavior that undermines a professional work environment. Employees are discouraged from seeking help form colleagues, expected to sit in one place, and subjected to inappropriate comments, such as calling smoker "Chutta" and making personal remarks about employees.
