Nothing. Your skills won’t be utilised there. Its about Technical team. Typically nepotism! If you are management favourite without any skills you will lead to good project.

Everything. If you are a fresher don’t go there to ruin your career. Its not a good place for you. You deserve much much better place. If someone is experienced want to settle down then its a place for you.

Unfair Billing Practices: The company only bills clients when they have work, and if not, they fire employees immediately without any notice or salary compensation. Job Insecurity: The company does not provide job security or follow fair employment practices, leading to highly unstable work environment.
