...s are in their head Everyone including the janitor will try to micromanage you Salary are dirt low No designated lunch place Apart from workplace there is no place to be anywhere you are confined at your desk HR will question tou for taking toilet breaks and such Overall the company is just toxic enviornment ans they vulture on easy people best to avoid it. Haven't been paid for my last month salary and this is the case with many BDe and developers alike Also a colleague passed in marketing dept which consisted of 6 ppl at the time and there wasn't a word of condolence from the HOD and everyone was asked to get back to work which is pathetic af.

Company’s leave and WFH policies are a true masterpiece of confusion. Bonuses? Oh, you mean thode mythical creatures that exist solely on paper, but vanish into thin air when you try to claim them, even if they’re etched in stone in your contract. and the Annual hike, A legendary even at our company. it’s like trying to find a unicorn you’ve heard it exists, and might be in your contract, but good luck even seeing one in reality.

Toxic and no personal growth if you want any also boss abuse employees on silly thinks sometimes they just want u to resign anytime also they don’t want us to grow personally like they đọdidn’t provide any training also you can’t learn anything here just a waste of skill and talent if u work here
