The CTO's propensity for implementing new processes without follow-through only added to the chaos and inconsistency CTO does not follow best practices and lacks experience in working for large companies, leading to poor technical decisions. The CTO often blames others instead of taking responsibility or offering guidance. The CTO maintains a fake smile in front of the team but backstabs others behind their backs. The CTO is the worst leader I have ever encountered, showing no integrity, avoiding work, and failing to guide either freshers or senior team members, while blaming the team for any issues.
