Hire & Fire hire at low salary, once work done lay off. or give reasons that your work is inadequate in spite of giving 10hrs of working everyday. CEO's are cheap as hell just to know incase you think you got the job. One of the worst toxic places and the environment these so called founders and ceo have created is absolutely nightmare! Suggestion if you get a job don't join my humble request. The negative reviews here are true I too didn't trust the reviews initially but wrong place to start your career.

No relieving letter and experience letter. No salary for serving 3 months notice period. Don't join the company thinking that you got job, they lure you based on filling the job immediately later to know that they hire you to get just part of the work to be done and once done treat you shit and remove you from job. The attrition rate is surprisingly high 50%. Any newcomer joins stays for 4 to 6 months that too because of notice period.

Higher Management doesn't have any clear picture of what to do next every time at the time of expansion they fail and leads to pressure employee to leave.

Dislikes

Salary will never be credited on time even though u facing issues so make sure you save your last month's salary the dates for salary (7-15)or most of the time more. It's a waste to ask HR for salary as the CEO didn't sign the check yet and other reasons are there. Last year they lost there fire there most trusted and old employees who had more skills than others but they don't see it. Overall if you mind your own business then ok. Cheers..!

...es employees by asking resignation. They won't pay for your last month u served. Still they hv not given my salary they taken resignation from me in February. Think how the management behaviour.There is no job security.
