Toxic work culture, strict timing, strict work from office, got nothing to learn , bad quality of work, nothing organized, random distribution of work, no proper use of git, no sdlc life cycle followed

As of 2022, a more formal approach to projects and starting to inspire the use of good design principles at low level could be helpful. Telling the engineer about the impact the product is going to have on people is of utmost importance for work satisfaction and a sense of purpose.

Past one year i am working in BuyHatke really i learnt so many things support wise my CEO,CTOs,and my Manager was everyone is supporting to me Chill working space, if any new thoughts suggesting they will consider do the implementation Asap and comfortable timings... I really happy to work Hatke😊
