Good talents are forced to work under high pressure without any benefits. Most annoying thing ever : The Management will spy you like : Where you had gone, Whom do you talk with , Even your personal matters like dates & all, Mostly the management is still in 1980's like aunties near your home or like aa cctv . For a real life example , the company decides where their employees should buy their evening tea from(as mangement's relative have nearby tea shop) Stupid Management, The management faculties doesnt have expertise in any of the service they are providing. No work From Home/Hybrid Work Culture False promises & Zero work life balance No value for work done as the management doesnt know a thing about what their Employees do High Office Politics,If the CEO doesnt like you , they will make a reason to fire you (If you are a employee & you didnt liked CEO'S message in Office whatsapp group, You are booked !) They will arrange office outings that too on sundays, so the employees will be in the office on sunday too... Management will arrange stay for new employees right above the office,which is a trap If you are staying there you will be forced to work after your schedule
