The timings, salary & benefits are as per market standards but can go a bit higher as per the work given. Not any quick growth for the general degree holders like BAF/B.com/ M.com

The benefits other than salary is not up to the mark.... and the team building is rarely done here. After a while the work just gets monotonous and you don't get to upscale your skills after a point of time.

Firm tries it's best to satisfy the needs of its employees. Firm pays fair pay and also tries to provide proper work life balance also it has one of the best work place in Mumbai (infrastructure).

Dislikes

Work life balance is not good plus it has work from office policy for all the working days since April' 22 and employees have to travel at client place which are normally located at Navi Mumbai and Central/Harbour railway line. Therefore, traveling is also a biggest issue. Some of the managers are rude and will expect you to have overall knowledge of the work and expects you to complete entire audit from start to end without any support. Also in season people have to work 16-18 hours a day including Saturdays and Sundays especially in April and May.

The only positives working in BSR is your Job security and Big -4 factor.Since it is one of the Big 4 ,you feel good when you are part of such a big company.

Dislikes

...re what is happening at lower level ,They only care for your chargeable hours . Salary is comparatively lesser with lesser benefits compared with the other Big 4 . You will not get promotion or appraisal after working so hard . Even you will not get any diwali Bonus or gifts

...thout any leave on weekends. But it will last for 1 month at max in busy season. During off season you will be doing nothing, its like compensation for busy season.
