Salary is credited on 10th sometimes later if it’s the weekend. Travel allowances are kept pending usually for 6 months or longer Salaries are low and not the same even for the same position. They are making interns slog for free sometimes Retention is the worst. They make use of new people to get their work done. People usually leave because the culture is pathetic. No body in the organisation seems to be happy. Everybody who’s working here begins looking for another job almost immediately. Unethical work behaviour where they expect you to be always on time and work even long hours sometimes or weekends or even public holidays without any compensation Managers here can’t speak English. Most work is pure manipulation in the name of market research which majoritively happens over the phone and some people are only sitting and calling other people for information They don’t issue contract immediately .. so you ll have to keep pestering them for months some times. Fixed leaves are not granted unless you fight for them. It’s an organisation where higher managements are lining their pockets on the mercy of new starters
