...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.so nice experience of this company.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.There is too much false commitment to the dealers by management.

They never release salary timely and I left that organisation two months ago but till now they do not release my balance salary of 2.5 months . I request them several time but now they ask me to take NOC properly , whereas after submission of my resignation I had served 20 days notice period . On my last day at Burnpur Cement I asked them for my NOC , but then also they refuse and ask me to continue 2 months notice period .
