Experience - 5.9 Tech - React.js CTC- 13LPA Current company - TCS Offer in the process - Nagarro (19LPA) My LWD is 24th May, but I told Nagarro I can be released in 30 days. Now, should I: 1. Be honest and say I can join on 25th May? 2. Commit to 25th April and request a DOJ extension later?(By telling them some emergency) Q1). If I choose option 1, is there a risk they won’t release the offer?(As I am being hired for a particular project, so will they go for some immediate candidates?) Q2). ...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Even after taking lots of store shutdown, company paying 70% salary to Store management, but they should work orther outlet for 3 days in week, and Paid quarantine for if any office related work. Also HR calls every weekly basis to take employee feedback and thier work status.

Top management always follow orthers MNC company rules on ducting salary and cutting salaries, in lockdown pandemic. Also worst part is Top management use unprofessional language if you not complete work on time or if any customer complaint.
