Poor People management, top management never came up with solutions. It was new product in the market, but management dint bother to market it in the region.

There is always something new to explore and opportunities for learning at this organisation. The work culture is good and colleagues are always supportive and understanding. Only Company Name is Big. They are working like a shop keeper.

They are treating good behave with staff members. HR will give you appointment letter with writing of your working day is five but seniors are not allowing to take rest on Saturday. They are not providing good trainings to schools. They are very greedy people. Politics is so much in company. MOST OF THE SENIORS ARE FROM Cambridge. They are running whole company with their own rules. So please don't join this company and don't spoil your future.

As a organization, it is an MNC to work with but it completely depends on the people who are leading it. It does not matter how best your organization's culture is but if you do not have the right people to follow this best culture then it is useless. Not everyone working in the company falls into the same category but unfortunately, I met the wrong person as my leader.

Dislikes

Managerial hiring is done from their previous organizations where they were working together, without understanding the capability of the person. My reporting manager was not a leader but a typical boss who never encouraged his team. The result is people have to leave their jobs.
