Aslam reginal manager is very bad guy alvays ask money from team , he go branch and always do resisit talk ,bad works for non mulailm team ,mum ask to use expire bun and chicken ,too much working hour,no overtime for Branch manager,they make crew to direct BM without exam and interview to their favourite person . Too much politic . Too much time in staff service van ,service driver very bad not talk good .

- Poor training's department - HR department ignore the issues of frontline - INDIAN Regional manager ,Area managers are big thieves,They collect the money (Steal )from the Branches . And the branch manager who ignore they make them transfer or terminate them by putting fake allegation. -INDAIN REgional manager is a very resist ,he insult and demoralised the non muslim worker . - Company owner and management ignore the frontliner issue if they raised .

- Poor management in operation , there are two indian on top and middle management who make resicicm ,and dont like other than muslim staff to grow and always make fake allegation on them and either terminate them or make them to resign. - There is an Regional manager who is kashmiri always treat hindu staff very bad . - Upper management and HR ream very irresponsible ,they never responce to staffissue ,very long working hours and very bad workculture on ground . All staff are very frustrated and forceto do the hard and long working hours
