Short term is good but so much of politics in company specially in h.o.d level company policy changing day by day just like we change our clothes...... if you selected in this company try to search other job because they will any time.....shoot specially chairman is uneducated he doesn't have confidence in his decision specially he has taken money from kolhapur peoples in the name of tekit franchise and run way from kolhapur. He is totally mad.
