Work environment and working culture is average only, company is holding good and strong policies but not effectively following, Salery hike is poor and Employee satisfaction is fair only.

Dislikes

During the covid 19 pandamic period company paid nothing to the field break crew for last 6months who depending the company for families daily bread.

Excellent job Learning company, all job Independent, very good atmosphere in other sections, rig side job is very hard to handle, for safety purpose, but person should be stone hearted to work and follow up new procedures.

Job security - Good

Dislikes

Most crew are highly approach in rig, do not want to work, less experience, no mix country crew, so difficult to work in smooth atmosphere,
