The team is largely composed of individuals from Bihar who demonstrate a lack of professionalism and work etiquette. There is unnecessary yelling on team calls, often driven by personal grudges without any valid reasons. The work culture is toxic, with employees expected to work around the clock under the guise of deployments, leaving no room for personal life or professional growth. While the company itself is good, the people and their mindset are a significant hindrance.
