1) No salary increment. 2) Lack of promotion opportunities. 3) Unsophisticated management. 4) The manager (N+1) did not receive the employees call and manager assistant also same. 5) Behaviour is not good

Everything about company..12 to 15working hours, No holiday on saturday..giving unplanned leave to employee when they do not have work, exploiting employee in salary and in promotion, no growth, work cuture very bad or you can say there is no work culture.. Do not advise anyone to join such exploiting company..

1. Salary will be credited on 31st before the next month start, it is perfect 2. Accomodations is good one person for each room.

Dislikes

1. Some salary amount is credited like allowance, which is not shown in your ctc, and allowance amount is delayed and I didn't receive even after completing 2 months. 2. Low qualifications(Diplamo fire and safety etc) person are getting salary more than highly qualified(M.Tech) person by providing fake pay slip. 3. Some person's are working just completing 2hr courses from TUV like scaffolding specialist, Excavation specialist, rigging specialist etc and without adequate knowledge they working, and their salary is more than M.Tech safety candidate. 4. No need to waste the time in Studying M.Tech just join in TUV 2hr any specialization course and then join in Bureau Veritas and u will earn more than 50k/M

...e after is may come.our contact is of 2 or 3 month.may not be ecstatic employee.And the lockdown salary is not even available .she speaking . salary cut comes many of us.and our contact has ended March well.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that i am a part of team that markets, high quality products and has a global client base. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various culture background and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is average, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high.I have to work with tight schedule with no appreciation.
