...ny without headache means relaxing job. All facility is given by the given I.e. transportation, gratuity,pf,medical,leave,maternity, one can assume like government job but you have to sacrifice with salary. Salary too poor. If you look towards salary concern. The salary is given too less for commercial expert, junior commercial expert, contract officer, as per market rate. From my personal point of view , the company should b give 25k-30k starting for fresher as per company world wide status. One should b unhappy for the same reason.

Nothing. Earlier this company was the best with best facilities and salary structure but since 2024 mid it started cost cutting. All the employees amenities were removed and salary was also deducted. Earlier it had cabs and shuttle facility but now nothing, also the area where office is located is very far from main city and one cannot find good affordable pg/flat option nearby.

The company never promotes the deserving employee, promotion or increment depends upon how much good relation you have with your manager. The company can also stop your increment or promotion mentioning vague reasons like they are out of budget or they will consider you next year. Even though there is hybrid work culture but in any emergency employee cannot take wfh rather he/she would have to apply for leave. They have also reduced many leaves since mid 2024. In short, if someone is new or having experience within 15 years, is not recommended to join this organization as it will stop your growth. If someone is above 15 years experienced or want to chill with no further career expectations can definitely join this company.

... are many unethical and unprofessional people especially on managerial position. No value for hardwork, no co operation from boss, no increment in salary and poor working culture. Especially there is harassment from bosses without reason, just taking an advantage of their position.

The management of the IT department, including the team leads and managers, is subpar. The team is largely composed of individuals from Bihar who demonstrate a lack of professionalism and work etiquette. There is unnecessary yelling on team calls, often driven by personal grudges without any valid reasons. The work culture is toxic, with employees expected to work around the clock under the guise of deployments, leaving no room for personal life or professional growth. While the company itself is good, the people and their mindset are a significant hindrance.
