There is unnecessary yelling on team calls, often driven by personal grudges without any valid reasons. The work culture is toxic, with employees expected to work around the clock under the guise of deployments, leaving no room for personal life or professional growth. While the company itself is good, the people and their mindset are a significant hindrance.

... are many unethical and unprofessional people especially on managerial position. No value for hardwork, no co operation from boss, no increment in salary and poor working culture. Especially there is harassment from bosses without reason, just taking an advantage of their position.
