I worked in this company for 3.5 years as training chemist but they sent me t do quality testing (physical parameters) around Karnataka .Now all 3 years experience of mine does not count for my job search. I met with severe road accident near Mysore they did not provide ESI ,I managed 2 lakh rupee hospital bills on my own and from past two years I'm roaming f my PF amount.. ... are many unethical and unprofessional people especially on managerial position. No value for hardwork, no co operation from boss, no increment in salary and poor working culture. Especially there is harassment from bosses without reason, just taking an advantage of their position.

The management of the IT department, including the team leads and managers, is subpar. The team is largely composed of individuals from Bihar who demonstrate a lack of professionalism and work etiquette. There is unnecessary yelling on team calls, often driven by personal grudges without any valid reasons. The work culture is toxic, with employees expected to work around the clock under the guise of deployments, leaving no room for personal life or professional growth. While the company itself is good, the people and their mindset are a significant hindrance.
