If you a a freshers and really want to learn something then then it's best for you, you may also build your career here, and the best thing is the low pressure they give to the employes, and they don't interfere in your personal life, and the HR -I will not say great but she is good.

Dislikes

It's a lala company, no job security, they will fire you for nothing, and some people there play politics, you can only make your career if you have personal relationship with some senior person in the company, and the politics is the worst in the company.

Colleagues are supportive. You can work with your own ideas. Lots of new ideas shared by Managing Directors on which you can work around. Good policies for female employee. Mostly works on Reports and Dashboards, Provide SF Training among colleagues, Mostly admin works but you can do developments if you want to otherwise developments are mostly manage by their vendors. You can learn with your own. No such work pressure but some times happen. Good company for freshers.

Dislikes

It's a Sales Oriented company only focused on there Sales persons not for developers. No benifits and increments for IT department. Your skills are categorised on the basis of Sales person reviews not on your works or implements you did (Actually organisation is only reliable on his Sales persons).

As it is my very first job through campus placement from psit Kanpur. I am really blessed to get placed in such a prodigious organisation as the extended support i got from the very first day from Mr. Kamal batra C.M.D buniyad and the management team was remarkable .Buniyad real estate service is platform for me which has heightened and brightened my knowledge in various aspects of real estate on the contrary to it Buniyad has been playing a major role in polishing my skills , leading to growth and ability to work in a corporate world .I guess in my opinion this is the best place to start your career with if you really desire to get into real estate.

what i dislike about Buniyad is there is no proper celebrations/parties for employees refreshment .

If u belong to an elite family u can not work there bcoz other employees and authority will judge u on your financial status, no matter how dedicated you are towards your work. They basically hire employees who belong to middle class fam. As long as u are beneficial for them they will appreciate your work and presence. Iykyk
