My experience with Bunge India Pvt limited RAJPURA is very bad there is no increment in our salaries

Management is very bad , because they are partial about workers , salary is very poor , before four years we are struggling for increment in our salaries

Trade operations management is road chaap. Senior management hires rogues who takeoff your sleep and respect. Careless work culture. HR’s are biggest fools who doesn’t care all this stuff

Salary comes on 25th of every month that's a Plus point. No work Pressure Works satisfaction

Don't think about Promotions, only the buttering person will get the Promotion and the one who really belongs to Promotion with his hardwork never pays off. Manager always promote their loved ones in the Team. No Technical skills enhancement programs or trainings offered.

Company always stands for You in your difficult times. In corna session none of company can pay their salaries. But Bunge Gives full salaries on times to Their Staff on times without any deduction in 2020 and 2021 even pending incentives was also given on that corona time.

Nothing you can do your job independent
