Hire and fire. They don’t respect the new senior resources and their valuable input. Autocratic and no transparency in product development and technical documents for new joiners but they force to get the documents from the new joiner.

We have other departments, like an IT department working on a different shift... I wish everyone can work on the same shift.

Overall it is a great place to work. Management is super supportive of creative autonomy, very fair in their holiday/leave policies and everyone in the office is friendly. All in all it makes for a well-balanced work environment.

I really like the work culture, the support of the management team and the values the company carry: Integrity, Respect, effort and Teamwork

The shift is not the best ever, for me it's 1pm to 10pm. But the company has a good work/life balance overall

Bumsa Talent Solution is company is open to innovation ans readily adopts latest technology. Another plus point is that my colleagues as well as my manager come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration. I love the fact that i am a part of a team.

We don't have a cab facility apart from that everything is good.
