...ntion on team mates growth. No strategy no planning only concern about sales 3. Job insecurity and no salary dates and incentives are on seniors mercy. 4. Lot of corruption and legal defaults at major level at company side. In short if you are closer to heads you will survive or else you are just IN and may be OUT in a month or so. If sales happen then your incentives will be diced with some theory. Not recommended.

Fake promises. Salary not on time. Forget your incentives you won’t get anything even if you stand out. No benefits. If your intere In joining then kindly reach out to any manager before joining and ask about incentive policy and when will it be given. No leave policy. You end up working almost 7days a week.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is to late and career growth is slow. Once employees resign the company after 45 days they not given Full and Final Salary.

One simple questin Why do people join a company!! Ans- Monthly fixed Salary This company hire the people & ask them to do field work from day one.Employee should spend the all expenses during field work like petrol food own vichle.End of the month they will not pay your salary.During covid situation person has travel across the city & spend his quality time because of a monthly salary.How painfull for someone when they will not be pay his salary.If your company is runing with financial problem dont hire the employee.At least they will not be spend their quality time with you.Think once what if the person has need of money for his medicine or father treatment etc.How come will you play with people emotion.For your company growth person has done field job, every day spend 200 rupess.At least the person would have safe his money & time rather work in your company.

...ronment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, salary hike and bonus Every year.
