What I like about Bulk oil Storage and transportation is about their salary structure and the appraisal.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent , but growth is very slow in terms of up grading staff during appraisals and no training for staff.

My teammates were excellent, training of staffs were not encouraging, job security was good, career growth was not the but the best, salary/appraisal was not good, travel has been limited to only the top officials, politics has always been with the top management members, learning on the job has not been quiet often, working environment is been good, innovation was not the best, work-life balance is not bad.

Dislikes

Teammates was Galway's assigned to particular duties, has not been quite often, job security was not bad, career growth was not encouraging, salary/appraisal was not good, travelling was limited to few particular people, politics was always dividing the management members, learning was not open to everyone, work environment was not the best, innovation was lagging, work-life was not the best.
